I wanted to let you know that on November 21 the president signed HR 674.
This bill resets the VA funding fee rates for up front mortgage insurance on VA loans.
Here are the new rates...
Down Payment First Time Subsequent
0-4.99% 2.15% 3.30%
5%-9.99% 1.50% 1.50%
10% or more 1.25% 1.25%
